Will my messages be sent by accident?
Only after 3 consecutive missed periods, plus a final warning email with a last-chance link and a grace day. And never before you've completed your first check-in. Any single check-in resets the counter to zero.
What's the difference between my password and my check-in passphrase?
The password logs you in here to manage things. The passphrase is what you type on the check-in link. They're stored with different algorithms and must be different from each other — so a leak of one doesn't compromise the other.
What if I type the passphrase wrong?
After 5 wrong attempts the link is disabled for that period. Log in and issue a fresh one from your dashboard. Only a period with no successful check-in counts as missed.
Can staff read my messages?
Regular admins see only titles, never content or files. Content is visible only to the account owner and, for support and abuse handling, the site's superadmin.
Who do the emails come from?
From your own address at sendexcutor.com (for example [email protected]), with your name, and replies go to your real email.
What about big attachments?
Small files are attached to the email. Larger sets are delivered as secure download links that stay valid for 180 days.
