Terms of Service
1. What the service does
sendexcutor ("the service") stores email messages ("assets") you write and delivers them to the recipients you specify only if you fail to complete the periodic check-in you configured for 3 consecutive periods, followed by a grace window. Completing a check-in at any point before delivery cancels it.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep your login password and check-in passphrase secret and different from each other. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Keep your email address current and check in on the schedule you chose. Missed check-ins are treated as instructions to deliver, exactly as described on the site.
- Complete at least one successful check-in ("arming"). Until then, nothing is delivered and the service cannot fulfil its purpose.
- Only add recipients who would reasonably expect to hear from you. The service must not be used to send unsolicited, abusive, unlawful or deceptive messages, or to distribute malware.
3. Delivery is automatic
Delivery is performed automatically by the system based solely on your check-in record. We do not verify whether you are actually deceased or incapacitated. You accept that a delivery triggered by your own missed check-ins (for example while travelling without email access) is a consequence of the schedule you chose, and that reminders and a final notice with a last-chance link are the safeguards provided.
4. No guarantee of delivery
We use a reputable transactional email provider and retry failed sends, but email delivery ultimately depends on recipient mail servers and addresses being correct. We cannot guarantee that any message will be received, read, or received within a particular time. Download links for large files expire after 180 days.
5. Plans and payment
Free accounts are limited as shown on the pricing page. Premium is sold in whole months, paid in USDT on the network stated on the order page. Payments sent on the wrong network, in the wrong token, or to the wrong address may be unrecoverable and are your responsibility. Subscriptions are activated after manual verification of the transaction. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. When a subscription lapses, assets beyond the free limit are placed on hold and permanently deleted after 90 days.
6. Content and access
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the right to store and transmit it solely to operate the service. Ordinary administrators can see asset titles and account metadata only. Content and files may be accessed by the site's superadmin for support, abuse investigation or legal compliance. Recipients of a delivered asset may reply to your registered email address.
7. Termination
You may delete your assets at any time. After a delivery has completed, the account is closed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we are legally required to act on.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss arising from a delivery that occurred, did not occur, or occurred late. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
