Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, time zone, chosen sender name, plan and billing records (order amounts, transaction hashes and wallet addresses you submit).
- Your assets: the titles, messages, attachments and recipient addresses you save.
- Security logs: the IP address, browser and time of every login attempt and every check-in attempt, and of every download of a delivered file.
- Email logs: which reminders, notices and deliveries were handed to our email provider and whether they were accepted.
How we use it
- To run the service: sending reminders, verifying check-ins, delivering assets when your check-in record instructs us to.
- To protect your account: spotting suspicious login or check-in attempts, rate limiting, bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile).
- To handle billing and support requests.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your message content for anything other than storing and delivering it.
Who can see your content
Ordinary administrators can see asset titles and account metadata only. Message content and files are visible to you and, for support, abuse handling or legal compliance, to the site's superadmin. Recipient addresses are used only to deliver your assets.
Third parties
- Mailchimp Transactional (Mandrill) sends all our email, including delivered assets and their attachments.
- Cloudflare fronts the site (DDoS protection, bot detection via Turnstile).
- Payments are made directly on the Ethereum network; we only store the transaction details you submit.
Retention
- Assets are kept until you delete them, until they are delivered, or — for assets placed on hold after a lapsed subscription — for 90 days.
- Files of delivered assets remain downloadable through recipient links for 180 days.
- Security and email logs are kept for as long as the account exists, to support abuse investigations.
Your rights
You can update your details and delete your assets from your account at any time. To request export or deletion of your account data, email [email protected] from your registered address.
Cookies
We use a session cookie, an optional "remember me" cookie, and a cookie storing your light/dark preference. No advertising or tracking cookies.
